    bug Lots of Problems - Admin Login Issues, and more.

    I upgrade to 1.5.3 on July 31st. And everything seemed to work just fine. Now here we are less than 90 days later and my Admin password isn't working and although I know I am using the correct password, as I wrote it down just in case; when I attempted to reset I have not received the reset email and it has been 2-3 days. Finally, I used the #2 from this support article: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?...28i-lost-it%29 and while it works, I have been able to get my newly mad admin name and password to work and there is no option to delete the one made from the SQL query as you will see in this picture Click image for larger version.

    The next issue is by far the worse: I have attempted to place 4 test order using my own sign in, as a guest, and using several various payment method and although the beginning goes well the after check out page shows this: Click image for larger version.

    Previous Zen Cart version? Method of update? Updated to Zen Cart 1.5.3 or Zen Cart 1.5.3 (hotfix 1)? Collation of DB, files (language, define pages, etc), and setting in configure.php files? Version of Zen Cart listed in the "configure.php" file? PHP Version on hosting provider? Recent "server upgrades" by the hosting provider (possibly without notice)? Any "debug" logs? Other information requested in the "Posting Tips"?

    A few guesses (answers to the above will help us better help you):
    1. Zen Cart 1.5.3 (hostfix) not installed.
    2. Account was locked out (multiple repetitive attempts to log in during a short time can cause this, lockout does eventually expire).
    3. A merge performed while upgrading went wrong or an older 3rd party module is installed (password handling changed in Zen Cart 1.5.3 - modules modifying the handling of passwords need to be updated to work properly).

    May be worth double checking any "spam folders". If not in those, definitely worth verifying email is working correctly now that you are able to get into the Zen Cart administrative interface. This would be a "big" concern.

    If you have not already, "reset" the password on your other "Superuser" account. Then sign out of the "Admin" account and sign into your other "Superuser" account. By default Zen Cart does not allow deleting the currently signed in administrative user.

    Possibly a bad merge (or outdated 3rd party module installed which modifies the checkout process), incompatible (or broken) payment module, issue with communications (your website and payment gateway), and the list goes on. Any "debug" logs? Have you verified the upgrade (including file merges and plugin upgrades)?

    I'm not seeing the phrase "matching lookup" in my stock copy of Zen Cart 1.5.3 (hotfix 1). Can you do a search of your site using the developer toolkit for "matching lookup" (and post any results)? What payment module(s) are you using? Do other payment modules show the exact same message?

    Where are the Zen Cart Debug Logs? Where are the HTTP 500 / Server Error Logs?
