store configure.php is not writeable

Just installed the new 15.3, and when I am doing the install from zc_install, I am getting this error:
store configure.php is not writeable
I can't seam to find this anywhere in my site. Please help

check your store's includes folder..

typically pub_html/includes/configure.php

When accessed via ftp or through say file manager on cPanel, change security settings to allow writing.
