Virtual Product still asks for shipping options.

I've added a product that is too large for shipping here but when I go through the checkout it still asks for shipping options.

I have installed the Ozpost MultiQuote shipping module but am not sure if that is the problem or not.

Does anyone have any idea where to start in looking for a solution to this problem?

Can you tell us the product settings in the product setup screen? There are two places that can make the product need a shipping address.

How does the title of this thread relate to the issue?

I thought a virtual product should not have any weight which by the above description is not clear. For anyone to help, more information is needed and ideally would have been included in the original post. (See the posting guidelines typically above a new post text area.)
