    Default My Products Disappeared...

    Hi, I'm super new to this and I'm definitely not a tech person, but I've been having real troubles with the categories on Zen Cart. I've been using Zen Cart for a few weeks (we've had it at my company for a long time but I only began using it a couple of weeks ago) and I feel fairly confident that I can solve minor issues with a little bit of digging, but I have tried everything I can think of and there seems to be no solution I can find (I've been hesitant to post on the forums because I'm not an expert with the terminology and technology). The other day I was switching out some pictures for various products in two different sections of my website, and as I changed the old image for the new one, the images and the products themselves vanished and now those pages are completely empty. The images and actual products are still there on Zen Cart, and look the same, but on the website they have disappeared. Here are the things I've tried: resizing the images and changing the format (JPEG to PNG, etc.), linking the products to a different page, linking the category to a different place, deleting the picture and then substituting it with a new one...nothing is working. At first I thought it was a problem with our internet and it just wasn't loading, but now I'm thinking it might be an issue with the images or even the website, like the links just aren't connecting or something.
    Any ideas as to why this might have happened? Please use really simple terms; I'm horrible with tutorials. :)

    have you checked your cache folder for debug files?

    Where might I find the cache folder? Sorry, like I said, I'm new at this...

    depending on how your server is set up the path to the cache folder would be something like this

    /public_html/cache

    using an ftp program would be easiest but you can get to the cache folder from cpanel/control panel using file manager
