First, let me tell you, I do not know web design. I really need some answers, but I would really appreciate it if you could answer as simply as possible, layman's terms. Thank you in advance.

First, how do I add a text box/information box on my main page? Something that is highly visible?

Second, the counter is great, but it shows each click, I would like to know how many unique visits and where they are going? How do I see this information?

Third, how do I set up a link to MY weekly specials?

Fourth, I am a legal business owner, which means I pay taxes, how do I set up the tax rate for my state, NC? I saw something about zones etc., but I don't know what to enter.

Fifth, how do I set it up for free shipping for some customers, but not all?

Okay, enough for now. I really appreciate the help. This site is great, but I do not understand a lot of the back end. I went to buy and download the training, but SSL isn't valid on that page, so was nervous about doing it.
