Installed USPS Update of Sept. 7, 2014 and now only getting priority mail rates

I installed the latest update, reinstalled the module, checked the rates I wanted to offer customers -- first class and priority -- but cart is now only showing priority mail rates. Help!

Which of the First Class do you have checked?

I get on Ohio 44026 to Ohio 44026:

The only first class option I have checked is large envelope.

First-Class Large Envelope isn't on what I get back from USPS ... let me peek around for a particular reason on their changes ...

Thanks Linda! I'm really stumped as to what the problem might be. An odd thing: one customer did get the first class rate on her order, but I can't get it to show as an option for US or international orders (and the weight is only .19, so first class is applicable)

I am checking with USPS as to why there isn't a First-Class Mail Large Envelope

ETA: I got a workaround by selecting the first class parcel, which at least gives a first class quote, though my orders are shipped large envelopes

Stamps.com certainly makes it available thru 13 ounces.

Currently, the problem is related to the setting for:

All Packages are Machinable?
Are all products shipped machinable based on C700 Package Services 2.0 Nonmachinable PARCEL POST USPS Rules and Regulations?

Note: Nonmachinable packages will usually result in a higher Parcel Post Rate Charge.

Packages 35lbs or more, or less than 6 ounces (.375), will be overridden and set to False

A temporary fix is to set this to True ...

I have not heard back from USPS since needing to force Machinable with the True setting, but it appears to be working with the False setting as well now ...
