Unable to Edit Shipping Module

[when using Firefox, I could not type in this box...another issue! This is Safari]

I would like to edit my shipping module for USPS, but when I call up the screen for editing, the bar on the right is not visible. It does show up for Payment and Order Total, just not Shipping. Attaching a screen shot. Thanks!

If you look in the /logs directory you should see a debug log that may have the information about what is causing the issue(s) ...

I am having the same issues and I do not see anything in the log files that might point me in the right direction....can someone help, pls.

I should probably mention that the other modules are fine...just the shipping, as I was trying to update with the new usps.php files... I then went back and restored the original "old" usps.php files and I was then unable to edit the entire shipping module page.

Check that all files in the:
/includes/modules/shipping

directory are Program files and not language files ...

NOTE: this directory is an auto-loading directory, ensure that you do not have any old, renamed files in there

/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping

directory are Language files and not Program files ...

ok...well, you are right...I had renamed a file as usps_old.php and this messed it up. However, when I deleted the duplicate and used the new postal files, I got a bunch of blank, untitled fields on my USPS module edit screen. I have been using USPS for years...and have what I assume is a current id for production files...am i wrong? Do I have to do something else?

That is because when you load a new version of USPS you should:

Save old settings to NotePad
REMOVE
INSTALL
Configure

to always have the current settings on the new shipping module ...
