FIle Not Found (Downloadable file)

I set up the Attribute controller, Uploaded the pdf file to the downloads folder, added it to the category in zen cart admin, got the green light

When I do a test purchase, I get this message:

File not found

Firefox can't find the file at http://graphedchartsdepot.com/graphe...d&order=1&id=1.

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

Evidently, the download is pointing to the wrong place. How do I edit the place?

What are the permissions on downloads folder? You mentioned Firefox, are other browsers working?

Doesn't work with explorer either.

On the server, what file(s) do you see in:
/includes/modules/pages/download/

What are the permissions on the directories on your server for:
/pub
/download
