Home Page banners not showing

I'm using Westminster New. I (a long time ago) somehow disable the banners on the home page until I was good and ready for them. Now I am, and I can't get them working. I've already tried re-enabling them in the banner manager. They simply won't show up. I can't think of anything else I may have done that would have caused it. I even tried re-installing the template, the home page banners still don't work. Homepage slide show is set to true, still no worky.

Please help!!

From a quick look at the source code the slide show code is not there. I would recommend re uploading the includes/templates/winchester_new/common/tpl_header.php file from the template package which calls the slide show.
