Advert appearing for split second

When you access the above store the what looks like a full page advert is appearing first on the screen for a split second.

Have looked in admin and turned off the banners I don't need in Banner Manager and Layout Controller and just cannot see where I can turn this ZenCart Banner off.

You have not updated/changed that information from the default Zen Cart install ...
Simply update it yourself by going to Admin->Tools->Define Pages Editor, and select define_main_page from the pulldown.
