Template not showing properly

Hi just installed my template via zen cart - http://www.cdgiftsandawards.co.uk/web/

if you see in the screenshot attached thair is a column on the right that has Bestseller and facebook image but on mine its not showing up i installed all three SQL patch

any ideas

Typically after installation of a template and before either a sql command specifically adds the sidebox arrangement or if the new template has been activated, the sidebox configuration mustbe adjusted or at least initially set. Take a look. At your sidebox controller under the tools dropdown of the admin. More than likely all of the sideboxes are off. You could try to use the reset option at the bottom, or select the few sideboxes desired to be active. That is also unless the installation instructions clearly/specifically identifies those two sideboxes are expected to be present. Otherwise they are there on the image just as an example....

It's also possible that your Template Monster template turns off the sidebox columns programmatically so as to present the site as it appears in their demo. You'll need to contact them about that.
