Hi. I just apparently lost a customer over an error with PayPal express. This is the message that was sent to me:
Dear store owner,
An error occurred when attempting to initiate a PayPal Express Checkout
transaction. As a courtesy, only the error "number" was shown to your
customer. The details of the error are shown below.

This transaction couldn't be completed.
This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to
PayPal.
Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong? I have contacted PayPal, with no answer as of yet.
