Here is another tid-bit...the review_id on mouse-over on my page says 12, the source code for the page says 13, but when you click on the link it takes you to 12?
Opening and closing anchor brackets appear to be good in the source code, yet link bleed-over is still happening.

1. This appears to have strayed a long way from the original topic of this thread.
2. If you have a verifiable bug, then post a bug report containing exact steps one can take to recreate the symptoms using a fresh brand new install of the latest published version of Zen Cart, without any plugins or addons or 3rd party templates, etc. If the development team can duplicate the bug then they will fix it.
3. Also, try to keep separate issues separate. The spillover is different from the jumping-down-the-screen thing..
