    Default HashMatchStatus = Fail in authorize.net SIM

    So the charges are being approved but the customer is directed back to the website with a failure message (with a.net url but source code is totally correct for website but page looks like there's no CSS included).

    I have looked at this thing from all angles - rechecking settings, etc.

    Logs say:
    [HashValidationValue] => 36DB01E807056EF2722D4D83E177C121
    [HashMatchStatus] => FAIL

    I've seen past threads which ended up being an a.net problem where a change on their end created the problem. But I don't see anything out of the ordinary nor do I see anyone else having a problem besides this website.

    Could it have something to do with the SSL3 "POODLE" exploit/bug?

    Just a thought.

    No, ssl isn't specified in the SIM module. My client has decided to switch to AIM which is where they should have started!

    When reporting the data to auth.net, is the currency code included? Does the following possibly apply/correct the issue? http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p..._currency_code

    HashMatchStatus=FAIL suggests you've not set up the MD5-Hash setting in both your ZC SIM config and your Authnet account settings. It needs to be the same in both places.
