Chrome browser oddness

Hi all, I have just started the process of upgrading from 1.5.1 to 1.5.3 and I have noticed an oddness occurring when I browse the test 1.5.3 website with Chrome only Version 38.0.2125.111 m. The page does not load at the top, but randomly about one quarter of the way down the page. This is a clean install with absolute no modifications. Any ideas??? Happens on both Windows 7 and Windows 8, if that if of any use.
