PHP Fatal error: 0B_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED :: SHOW TABLES like 'users' in /var/www/clients/client1/web4/web/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 120
i have checked the config files and they are the same.
i have restored from a backup both db and store same error.
all privledges checked in phpmyadmin

That error usually results from erroneous DB login information (DB name, login name, password in one or both of the configure.php files (includes/configure.php or YOUR_ADMIN_FOLDER/includes/configure.php).
