Top Category Image

Is there a way to make Top Category Image show on the Top Category Page: when I click on a category I get the text from category description, and either products or subcategories, as the case may be, with their images below that - but no TC image in the Top Category description.

I don't see a place in admin/images to size or turn on the top category image. Only to turn in on or off on main page.

The top category images only show up in my admin category/products page.

I'm using zc 154, Image Handler 4_3_2 and Winchester Black responsive template.

Yes. And they do show up in admin categories/product page.

Try switching to the classic template to see if they display if so then you have narrowed it to the template you are using

Same in Classic.

Tried placing category image in /images instead of /images/categories - no diff

Also tried resizing 'top subcategories' to see if it was a size issue and if this really meant 'top categories' - didn't make diff - it was set at 200 x 200. When I change to 50 x 50 the pics in admin continue to show as 200 x 200 (refreshed) and continue to now show on Category page.

Strangely, on my test site (Wamp, windows 10) the pics show in admin as full 200 x 200 (size I made jpgs) yet live site linux they show in admin as ~ 50 x 50 yet hovering over the code in firebug shows they are 200 x 200.

I'm zc1.5.4 but I recall same situation when I was 1.3.9

This isn't a panic for me - my question sprung more out of curiosity as to why I've been making/using category pics when they don't show up in the storefront anyway. Also got me wondering why the admin/config doesn't have a page (?)for 'category' as it does for all, index, product,product listing etc.

When I click on a top category, I get a page with the category description, and a listing of the sub-categories - which have pictures, and which do show. I thought a small icon type photo attached to the category description would be nice but I can get by without.

Argh. Found it. In admin/config/product lisitng/IncludeProductListingTopCategoriesImage - set to true from false. I thought this config page had only to with the actual product pages rather than top category page. But since the latter doesn't have a config page in admin/config - I guess this is where it ended up.
