CONTACT_US_STORE_NAME_ADDRESS is in Email Options?

Why in the world is the CONTACT_US_STORE_NAME_ADDRESS buried in Configuration->Email Options (it's only used on the contact_us page)? Shouldn't it be just below Configuration->My Store->Store Name and Address?

Well ... it has been there since Zen Cart v1.1.4 and nobody complained/suggested a different location ... and frankly I forget why that was put there 10 years ago ... and have to admit, since it is a switch, there is a pretty good chance that I am the one who stuck it there and it totally escapes me as to why, at the time, it seemed the logical location to put it other than there was other Contact Us choices right there ...

I'd never seen it, until I was looking for the contact-us address and noticed that the address is only included by the template if the switch was set and then went looking for the switch! I guess that the thinking was that the contact-us page (er) sends an email, so its settings (I see the other one, now) are email-related.

I am thinking that and the combination that it is kinda dumb to turn that off so why make the switch easy to find ...
