Default Product Delivery Based On Carrier

Is it possible to base a product's delivery based on the carrier itself? I have entire product lines that use one carrier, for instance, Fedex, and I have others that use UPS. Is there a possibility that Zen Cart might do this?

    Thanks,

    Silver

What happens if both Products are in the cart at the same time?

I get it. That makes sense. Guess I'm not thinking too straight tonight tonight. Thinking about turkey. Oh well. Thank you, Linda!

That doesn't mean there cannot be a solution, it just means there needs to be some thought here ...

    Something like a message of:
Golly gee! We need to ship those product(s) separately so do not buy them together!

Or, customize UPS for what to do about that FedEx Product(s) and FedEx for what to do about that UPS Product(s) ...

Or, add a little handling fee that in the long run covers the differences but isn't enough to freak people out ...

Or, figure out which is the closest to reality when a mixed cart exists and turn off the other one ...

Or, give it up and hope for the best on close shipping ...

You just have to give it a good think ...

Or Possibly purchase a shipping module that does that for me! I'm looking into that right now. Linda, If you have any suggestions.....I'm open currently looking into Auction Inc. and Ceon. So far Auction Inc seems to be the most reasonable. I need USPS, Fedex, UPS, And Possibly DHL.

    Thanks,

    Silver
