The error you showed at the top (DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED) means your configure files are specifying the wrong DB information. Look at includes/configure.php and YOUR_ADMIN/includes/configure.php.

No problems with the store, but COWOA doesn't seem to work yet
No change in the checkout procedure/paypal doesn't show up, still need to log on to buy something,,,
