Hell,

I checked all answers on previous and related issues and i cannot solve my problem that is why im asking help on this.

I made a clean installation of new zen cart version (1.5.3) and i had all week configuring layouts, catalog, shipping, payment and other modules... we have something like 13000 products... and now when i tought that was almost ready... i try to create a test client and neither in portuguese language (made by me what could generate some error) neither in english (original from zen cart) i able to create any client... after fill all fileds in less than 20sec, i always receive the message: Whoops! Your session has expired.

Anyone have any idea what could make this issue?

To verify, please try to create a client on: webstore.etapavirtual.com (this is the new instalation).
