1. Your site is loading 5 different versions of jQuery, all on the same page!!!! Determine which one is the newest version and delete the others. This will speed up page download times.

If the "query time" is large (almost as large as your page-parse-time), then it's your database that's slow, and your hosting company will need to fix that.
