Admin Login not working - can't log in.

I have been asked to work on an old site I set up a few years ago (1.3.9h). I haven't touched it since then. The client hasn't done any updates or module installs. It's one of 3 sites I set up for him - all on the same host.

I can log in to the admin area on two of the sites, but not the third. When I try to log in, I get the "You entered the wrong username or password." error.

I've looked around and tried what I suggestions I could find:

I've reset the password (had a new one e-mailed out to me)
I've cleared cache and cookies
I've checked to see if SSL was disabled.
Tried in FF, IE and Chrome.

This site has just been pretty much stagnant for a few years (except for maybe adding a few products). I would think that the admin log in would still be working...

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Ok..... ran the SQL - and it didn't help.

I manually entered the "351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b" into the admin_pass area for a different admin user.

Now I have this on the site:

And on the admin login page:
0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[select * from zen_project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

D'oh - I forgot that I changed the Db password.

Fixed that in the config file, and the store is working, but still have a fubared admin login page.
