Since you're only doing a database upgrade, you don't need to worry about the admin folder name for config files being writable, since you won't be writing to them. Just click the Database Upgrade button at the bottom.

Upgrade DB from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8
Upgrade DB from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9
Upgrade DB from 1.3.9 to 1.5.0
Upgrade DB from 1.5.0 to 1.5.1
Upgrade DB from 1.5.1 to 1.5.2
Upgrade DB from 1.5.2 to 1.5.3

I also assume I need to enter my log in details for the ZC admin area? Yes?
