How do I set shipping prices based on weight?

my website at www.bigdaddysmeats.com sells frozen meat. What is the correct way to set up shipping prices when each sale is going to be a different weight based on what they buy?

Have a look in your admin > modules > shipping

There are a few of them that can be weight based

Per Unit
Table Rate - you could setup tables that cover a weight range
Zone rate - use based upon weight
