There's a difference between 'royalty free' and 'free'.

If you mean the image of the drill, it seems like the manufacturer would be the logical place to start.

Thank you for responding. When I say images it is the "delivery only"/"Collection instore only" images like on the site, for an ecommerce site, are you able to assist?

I think what you're asking for is a source of images that can be used for commercial purposes. You should look at sites like http://www.istockphoto.com/. You can find images, illustrations, videos... available for use for a one time fee.
