"Missing required file" error does not show in cache folder. The program execution halts, but no message.

In some cases, if the "missing required file" (you didn't mention WHICH file your own specific site is having troubles with) will occur before the error-logging system can catch it. In those cases the PHP errors will appear in your hosting company's server logs: you can contact your host for access to those if they'll grant them.

But I have received the error before. It is an own file executed in admin menu.

1. Sorry, I can't help you if you don't share specific details of what exact problem you're having.
You've given no information about what kind of file, which addon, what filename, what purpose the file was for, or anything.
2. You said "cache" folder, but since v1.5.1 all errors are located in the "/logs/" folder, because errors have nothing to do with caching, and having a thousand files in the cache folder can slow down the site badly.
So, maybe you're just looking in the wrong place?.
