Question about options

I am not using ZenCart now but considering it. I have hit a problem with a different cart program and was wondering if anyone knows if ZC can handle it.
Here it is:
I have products that have 2 or more options.
2 of those options affect the price. Lets call them size (small and large)and color. (Some colors cost more than others)
Problem:
When someone chooses the small option then goes to the color it will add on to the amount depending on the color. That's fine.
The problem is if the large is chosen the color up charge needs to be larger but it is staying the same as for the small.
The program has a % upcharge option but it calculates it off the original price (the price for the small).
I need an options procedure the re-calculates whenever an option is chosen or changed and uses the new option one $ (large) in the option 2 add on calculation.
Question:
Does ZenCart do this or is this available as an addon? If it does or is, please send me a link to view it.

Here's an example product with lots of price-altering attribute choices on it:

However, in the main code the price calculations are all done against the original base, not dependent on any other selections.

It may be available as an addon, but if not, custom coding (which around here translates into finding someone that is willing to do the work in accordance with the terms established between the two parties) would be needed. This is because as Dr. Byte indicated, the options are based off of the base price... Now I have seen some creative math entered into all of those option fields, but the basics are the basics...
