Does this mod work well alongside the One-page checkout? or would they affect each other in some ways?

I haven't verified the interaction, but upon a quick review it looks like it should!

Don't copy the additional header_php_*.php files for the checkout_payment or checkout_confirmation pages (those just remove any reference to the order's shipping).
