How Can I Fix This

While i was editing the Option Value and Name Manager this morning the page suddenly went blank with the message say there was a error please refresh the page, at first I thought i had lost internet connection but that was not the case. Refreshing the page did not work and I was able to view all other pages. After logging out and back in I still have this error message

WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

on the attribute controller, option name manager and value option value manager

I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix, hope someone can point me in the direction here

Whenever you get a blank page or part of a blank page you need to check your logs folder for errors and correct them.
