I have Finnish and English installed on my site – when changing language while viewing order, I encounter the following discrepancies
(main headings and dates change, i.e. work correctly):
The ”Order Information” fields:
”Qty” works correctly
”Products” doesn't change
”Total” subheadings doesn't change
The ”Status History” fields:
”Order Status” doesn't change
”Shipping Method” doesn't change
PS. All the fields have values (in both languages) status etc.
PPS. I've updated the shop, so all products are in both languages.

Unsurprising. All the data about completed orders is stored in the language in use by the customer when the order was placed.
