Image Large Size - Not sizing correctly

It is distorted by being less than half as wide as wanted. From the Image Info: 1,240px × 697px (scaled to 512px × 697px)

Zen Cart by default doesn't include large image dimension settings. This setting is however added by installing Image Handler (which the OP doesn't have installed).. If he would post his image settings (as asked) I think we'll see he doesn't have proportional image sizing turned on.

When I copy that image to my dev PC and add it to a product, it opens "large" without issue.

I wonder if the following may be causing it:
- the mobile template ... combo of CSS and markup in html_header
- perhaps something on your server is preventing your PHP from properly understanding the file-type and that's confusing browsers enough that they can't auto-calculate the image size when the javascript sizes the window to the image
- maybe it's not really a .jpg? Was it something else and you renamed it to .jpg instead of converting it with an image editor?

Those are just a few thoughts anyone helping you might want to investigate.


As I say, using the large image from your site at http://rodsy.com/index.php?main_page..._image&pID=181 works fine as a popup on mine, using the default classic template.
