You are using a commercial template which probably does not follow the standard Zen Cart coding.
iframe generally does not work well with Zen Cart. And, it makes matters worse when something goes wrong.
Perhaps you should check with those who sold you the template.
Or, try one of the free responsive templates in the Plug Ins section.
