Stock vs Non Stock and Mixed Cart shipping calculations

what i need to do is not show a certain method if the cart is mixed with stock and non stock, Dont want to shut off whole module just a certain method.
This is the module file, in it is references methods but i dont know how to write something for this

Crain No. 445 (stock)
MTA No. PR25 (Non Stock)
The Stock Method still shows need to turn that off
