Those are language defines that I think are either in the index or main_page defines of the language files. Need to create/restore the define for those constants in the format define('CONSTANT', ''); for each of those, or place text between the second set of single quotes.

But then, will also need to find where those constants are used to remove the dash and floating comma... (Admin->tools->developers toolkit will help)

You've deleted those defines from your /includes/languages/YOUR_LANGUAGE/meta_tags.php
Copy them from the english/meta_tags.php file, and edit to translate as desired..
