Check out goes to Blank Page

I am trying to duplicate an old version it was working correctly but when I tried to edit the flat rate shipping language I lost some where. I reloaded the original file but when I check out it just goes blank.

the log is showing this error

If anyone can help it would be great. What I am try to to is show the flat rate as follows on the check out and confirmation email.

You will be contacted on Shipping Charges once your order is processed (Best
Way **If you have a shipping preference please note it in the Special
Instructions or Comments box**): $0.00
Total: $27.00

instead of
Sub-Total: $90.00
Flat Rate (Best Way): $0.00
Total: $90.00

Okay I walked away and came back I am pretty sure that I have edit the titles on the flat pay okay where its hanging up is in the next check out set when it going Continue to Step 2
- choose your payment method at that point is where the page goes blank.

The log error shows

At the bottom of the file:
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/flat.php

you will see:

define('MODULE_SHIPPING_FLAT_TEXT_TITLE', 'Flat Rate');
define('MODULE_SHIPPING_FLAT_TEXT_DESCRIPTION', 'Flat Rate');
define('MODULE_SHIPPING_FLAT_TEXT_WAY', 'Best Way');
?>

try removing the closing php tag that I highlighted in RED and see if that corrects the problem ... this sounds like you have space(s) or blank line(s) at the bottom of it causing this issue ...

Ajeh, your solution worked, I've been searching for a solution for last 6 hours in a panic. Please accept my apologies for the double posting if I would waiting just a couple of minutes longer. I would not have needed to. It won't happen again.

Not a terrible problem ... I understand panick mode does sometimes kick in and we all can go a little nuts when trying to get a solution ...
