Because you have a version of Image Handler installed on your system, although it doesn't appear to be the version currently available on github, the expected place to modify the images (main image and additional images) would be from the admin panel, tools, Image Handler4. Then navigate to the specific product. There are other ways to modify these images, but that appears to be the most direct based on information thus far made available.
