I just installed the mod at http://stevesh.com/demo and it seems to work as advertised. There are two folders that need to be renamed from YOUR_TEMPLATE to the name of your template before you upload. I didn't watch the video, but I just made those two folder name changes and then drag and dropped the includes folder from the style1 folder to the root (top) directory of my test store, and as you can see, it worked.

If the video is sending you to admin to select a template, it must be instructing you how to create a custom template - you don't need to do that to install the mod.

I sent you to the support thread mainly because Anne (owner of Picaflor Azul) provides excellent support for her mods and templates. This is a weekend, so she might not be around until tomorrow.
