I am new to zen Cart and getting set up. Can someone guide me to set up USA Shipping only. I am based in the US and I am only shipping within the US.

Set up a Zone Definition for the USA only. In all shipping methods you offer, select this new Zone in the Shipping Zone dropdown. This limits that shipping method of only shipping addresses within the zone.
