Hi.

I am getting this error at order processing final checkout, the order processes and the email comes through to the customer and order goes into pending state for customer but that error happens on last complete order click, also if the customer goes into their orders and clicks on view the same error occurs.

Any assistance on what is breaking here would be appreciated

I suggest that you install myDEBUG Backtrace (http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1879). That will let you know what module (and line number) called the query_factory class with the invalid SQL.
