So i have had my webstore up and running for about a year now and am comfortable with it as a retail store..

However the time has come for me to start wholesaling to dealers. I would like continue using zencart for all customers and need help with the proccess of working on dealer accounts and prodeal accounts.

Below is what i would like to accomplish. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I need 3 types of accounts.
Retail accounts for general customers, dealer accounts for dealers who will resell my stuff and pro-deal accounts for industry users and those who are employed in the industry.

RETAIL ACCOUNTS - will function as always with retail pricing, pay taxes (i use tax cloud), have no limits on quantity and need no preauthrizing of account status by me.

DEALER ACCOUNTS - will need wholesale pricing, will not pay taxes, will have no limits on quantities and will need thier account status preauthorized by me.

PRO-DEAL ACCOUNTS - will have wholesale pricing, will still pay taxes, will have limits on quantities and will need preauthorized account status by me.

I assume the preauthorized account status can be as simple as me creating an account for them and passing login info to them.

Can i create accounts with the rules needed?

Can i set a whole sale price that only the dealer and prodeal accounts can see?

Can i have the dealer accounts not be charged taxes?

Can i set limits on quantaties for the prodeal accounts?

Anyone feel like spitting out a few nuggets of advice to get me moving in the right direction?
