I did a complete install of Zen Cart once 1.5.4 came out.

I'd created a test item and made sure paypal worked.

I added a bunch of downloadable items, but never tested it, having had Zen Cart previously (before the host provider got hacked and went up in flames).

Made my first "purchase" after creating a customer. That part of the process worked fine.

But when I went to download the ebook, it took me to a page saying "Whoops! Your ZP eBook Store session has expired".

I logged back in and then it gave me the "Whoops! Sorry, but you are not allowed to perform the action requested.You are still logged in to your account and may continue shopping. Please choose a destination from a menu."

I checked all my download settings and everything seems in order. So I've no idea why that is not working. Worse, when I tried to purchase another item to test it, now when I add an item, look at my shopping cart to prove it's there, then hit the Paypal button - it tells me "Your ZP Shopping Cart is empty." Or if I hit Go To Check Out instead, I get "Whoops! Sorry, but you are not allowed to perform the action requested."

I could not find anyone with this issue in the forums that wasn't a 5 year old posting, so I am getting the horrible feeling the issue is something I did, but I've no idea how to go find it...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
