Not receiving order confirmations anymore

I will try to make this as short as possible. I started getting a bunch of spam starting on Saturday to my email which says "visitor "message" in the subject. It appears most of the names are Indian and talking about random stuff. Now a,few days later this morning starting to see ad links. I went to filters and set those up and it's now going to a folder without bothering me too much but now I'm not getting any order confirmations through gmail anymore and don't see them anywhere even under spam. am I going to have to put up with the spam in my inbox in order to get my confirmations notifications back? I have been baffled with this for the past 3 days and can't seem to,find my answer. I would appreciate any help in this matter. I have never been through this before and can't figure out where this "visitor message" is coming from and how to stop,it.

If you remove the filters, do the confirmation messages start again?

I haven't taken the filters off, I will go ahead and see what happens and get back to you.
