Hey Dr Byte and Team - I know that this is something on MY END, but I'm having trouble narrowing it down.
I'm upgrading from 1.5.1 to 1.5.4, and testing each setting as I go in my test environment. I'm currently troubleshooting an issue where FREE SHIPPING is showing up, even though the product in my cart doesn't qualify for it. Can you let me know what I may be missing?
I only want free shipping if the item is $50.00 or more, and these settings work in my 1.5.1 store.
Here are my settings for the "freeoptions" module:
-----------------------------
Enable Free Options Shipping
True
Shipping Cost
0.00
Handling Fee
0
Total >=
50.00
Total <=
10000.00
Weight >=
0.01
Weight <=
60
Item Count >=
1
Item Count <=
1000
Tax Class
--none--
Tax Basis
Shipping
Shipping Zone
Free Shipping Areas
Sort Order
5
-----------------------------
And yet, when I add only a $10.00 item to my shopping cart and proceed to the checkout area, I am still seeing the Free Shipping as an available option. This shouldn't show unless the order is $50.00 or more.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the module, but the same thing happens. I have also copied my settings exactly from my 1.5.1 installation, so those appear to be fine (and it's working over there).
Any ideas? There are no error logs generated. It just seems the module is enabling the free shipping on items less than $50.00 when that isn't in the admin settings. I just need some guidance on what to check to see why this is enabling the module when the shopping cart doesn't warrant it.
