Quantity Discount Not Applied to Product with Mixed Attributes

I have just upgraded to v154 from v139h. I was having the problem described below before the upgrade as well.

I have an item, HERE, that has a quantity discount at 3 or more pieces. This item has a number of mixed attributes that the customer can choose from to customize the product.

As long as the attributes are the same, the discount applies normally...

If any of the attributes are changed the discount no longer applies to all the items...

It would seem that the last item with different attributes is causing the issue. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Do each of the attributes for the product where the discount doesn't work have the mauve (the 4th one from the left) showing color or a red-x? For the attributes to also receive a discount if the product is discounted, that button needs to show "full color" for each of the product's attributes.

Can you check your copy of includes/functions/functions_prices.php vs. a fresh 1.5.4 download and make sure they're the same (or if not, that your copy is at least based on 1.5.4)? Perhaps a bad merge of this file is the root cause.
