Shipping cart being block where customer can't place any orders.

My shopping cart quite working properly early this morning. It still works OK on IE but not on Chrome or FireFox. HostGator had to install another SSL back about 03/23/2015 and have had small issues poping up. HostGator would correct the problem then would work OK until something else pop up. Now today is the latest problem and this is above my pay grade.

Problem: Customer tries to log in and links does nothing or customer clicks on link to add product to cart and link does nothing.
You can see the path and link address it correct. You can copy link and paste it into new tab on cart works.
I also noticed in the following address https://www.ezorbcalcium.com The padlock in front of the above address is not green it is gray and also (https://www.) is gray then this part (ezorbcalcium.com) is dark.
With cursor on large order icon you can see the path of the link is correct: https://www.ezorbcalcium.com/secure/...quick_checkout and the correct page opens. All links in left column when click on are as if they are dead. They are being blocked by either Chrome or FireFox browser as not secure. Pasting link in new tab or just clicking on above link everything works.
Would someone please check this out and explain what I need to do or if problem is with HostGator explain what to tell them the problem is.
