Set "Contact Us" Email Dropdown List

I am trying to set my "Contact Us" Email drop down list. I am not understanding the format it is saying. Can someone please type it out explaining how they want it. It says;

On the "Contact Us" Page, set the list of email addresses , in this format: Name 1 <email@address1>, Name 2 <email@address2>

I have typed what they want every way I know, and it is not working when I send a contact us email from the website. Any help woudl be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure this is the only email aspect not occuring? The above is formatted properly. At least the first one is. The second doesn't have a properly formatted email address associated.

I typed the 2 address in here as BOTH yahoo.com and it will not show up to you that way

the first email works, the other 2 do not.
