Set "Contact Us" Email Dropdown List

I am trying to set my "Contact Us" Email drop down list. I am not understanding the format it is saying. Can someone please type it out explaining how they want it. It says;

On the "Contact Us" Page, set the list of email addresses , in this format: Name 1 <email@address1>, Name 2 <email@address2>

I have typed what they want every way I know, and it is not working when I send a contact us email from the website. Any help woudl be greatly appreciated.

Your on the right track... name <email>, name <email>

Support <[email protected]>, Sue <[email protected]>

If you left the default classic template installed and then added another template, you can switch back to tell if the code is off.. with me, I coded my contact us form not to display the drop down unless the user is logged in. Not the default behaver..

I'm curious if it's a template issue. This is a 5 minute task to check.

Go to tools-> template selection change to classic
Check contact us page to see if it works as expected.
Go to tools-> template selection select your correct template

Now everything is back to the way it was 5 mins prior but we have narrowed the possible issues or found the issue.

Tangent:
I have seen many many times the templates from many of the sites that sell templates that don't specialize in zencart. Have code that is less than desirable. Commonly this is from designers who don't code or a coder who modifies a template to "work with" ZenCart. Most recently I have seen templates that didn't sanitize the $_GET variables. And when asked they didn't know what the zen_db_prepare_input() even was because they had never heard of it. Their code had several for each php errors and was overall a great looking template that I spent HOURS fixing.
