If there is a folder in your_template folder called product_info... It likely shouldn't be there.

You are correct in your thinking there is a folder of that name. When I remove it, the icons display. I was only thinking before I read your post that I had added a plugin from 'numinix' recently and if they had caused the error. It is not the fault of 'numinix' they have formatted their plugin 'numinix_product_fields' correctly, however this plugin MUST be installed by hand, so that each file goes into the correct location as per the template you are using.

Carlisle Fresh uses many of the packed files that is loaded when uploading Zencart, this is very good however, in some instances like this one, you have to upload the file into the 'template default' folder and not carlisle fresh.

So with that in mind, yes my site works fantastic saves a lot of work a very big thank you for that Trinity and the file 'numinix_product_fields.php' will have to be moved if I want to use this plugin.
