Blank Screen after Add to Cart

Hi,

Please see: http://www.littlehamptoncuttingtools...oducts_id=2504 and 'add to cart' .

As you will see, this goes to a blank screen, (in internet explorer displays HTTP 500 Internal Server Error).

I have the below errors as some help. I have replaced all these files and checked for extra lines / spaces at the begin and end as some posts state. I have also re-uploaded the entire template again. I have also enabled strict error reporting.

I am at that stage where its turning me slightly crazy, and would be really grateful for anyones assistance with this. For what its worth - I have previously installed the same template elsewhere, and it works fine - ( for example: http://www.carseatcushions.co.uk/ind...&products_id=2 ).

Its possible of course, I am missing the obvious now rather blurry eyed with it all. Theme Developer / Hosting Company can only direct me to the forum - so not sure where to go next.

You need to log into your admin and change your Configuration->Sessions->Session Directory setting from /home/sites/littlehamptoncuttingtools.com/public_html/cache to www/business/14517/cache.

I have tried this - and changed to www/business/14517/cache (wasn't sure if I should have a / before or not, so tried that too) - and still the same.

Yes, that was my bad, the change should be /www/business/14517/cache. Are you still getting the exact-same error message?

I'm puzzled. When you say "still the same", is the debug-log you're receiving exactly the same as the one you posted previously?

Sorry, to confirm - this is what I now get from the debug currently, when trying to add to cart, after implementing above... (the add to cart button still goes to HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

@mrdanashton, your post says you are running 1.5.0 - if so, this function *should* be in includes/functions/functions_general.php. Compare the copy on your site to a fresh download of 1.5.0.

If you are running 1.5.4, this function *should* be in includes/functions/password_funcs.php. Compare the copy on your site to a fresh download of 1.5.4.

Thank you SO much swguy!! Yes, I replaced includes/functions/functions_general.php with new copy and add to cart functions fine now.
